Yanzhou Coal to hold 2024 annual general meeting

Yanzhou Coal Mining (SSE:600188) has announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 30, 2025. Shareholders of record as of May 21, 2025, will be eligible to attend and vote on key resolutions, including the approval of the 2024 board and supervisory reports, and a profit distribution plan. Also on the agenda are resolutions concerning the re-election of directors and supervisors, the re-appointment of external auditors and proposed amendments to the company's articles of association.
