Guilin Fuda announces CNY 0.10 per share dividend

Guilin Fuda (SSE:603166) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, with a cash dividend of CNY 0.10 per share payable on May 12, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 9, 2025. The total dividend payout will be calculated based on the total share capital of 646,208,651 shares, less the 9,519,200 shares held in the company's repurchase account. This results in a dividend distribution based on 636,689,451 shares, totaling CNY 63,668,945.10 (including tax). A differentiated tax policy will be applied to individual investors and Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII).
