AVIC Investment to transfer shares in China Avionics

China Avionics Systems (SSE:600372) announced that shareholder AVIC Investment Holding intends to transfer 22,677,248 shares, representing 0.47% of the company's total share capital, to China Aviation Industry Corporation through a non-public agreement. This transfer, valued at CNY253,758,405.12, is an internal transaction between entities under the same control, and will not affect the company's actual controller, China Aviation Industry Corporation. Post-transfer, China Aviation Industry Corporation's direct holdings will increase to 6.31%, while AVIC Investment will no longer hold shares in China Avionics. The transaction remains subject to approvals, including those from AVIC Property & Finance, China Aviation Industry Corporation, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
