Seazen Holdings to convene 2024 annual general meeting

Seazen Holdings announced the AGM will take place at 2:00 PM on May 26, 2025, at the company's conference room located at 6 Xincheng Holdings Building, 388 Zhongjiang Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. Shareholders of record as of May 19, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. The meeting will address key items, including the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee work reports, financial statements, profit distribution plans, and proposed re-appointment of the 2025 audit firm.
