Haohua Energy to hold 2024 annual shareholders meeting

Beijing Haohua Energy Resource announced it will hold its 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 23, 2025, at its Beijing headquarters. Shareholders will vote on key agenda items, including the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board work reports, independent director's report, financial statements, profit distribution, and the 2025 financial budget. Also up for vote are proposals for bank loan facilities, the 2024 Annual Report, and related-party transactions for both 2024 and 2025. Voting will be conducted through a combination of on-site and online systems, with online voting available through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's platform. The record date for shareholder eligibility is May 19, 2025.
