China Southern Airlines approves guarantees, board changes, action plan

China Southern Airlines (SSE:600029) has announced the resolutions passed at its Tenth Board of Directors Seventh Meeting, which include significant financial and strategic decisions. The board approved providing guarantee quotas for its subsidiary, Xiamen Airlines, to support its affiliated companies. The guarantees, denominated in CNY and other currencies, will be extended to companies including Hebei Airlines, various SPV companies, Jiangxi Airlines and Shangzhou Logistics.
