Beijing Airport High-Tech Park (SSE:600463) has released its first-quarter 2025 report, revealing a complex financial picture. While revenues declined 6.13% YoY to CNY152.83 million, the company reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of CNY3.75 million, a significant turnaround compared to a loss of CNY6.08 million in the same period last year. Excluding non-recurring items, the attributable net profit was CNY1.52 million compared to a loss of CNY8.11 million in the previous year.
