Baotou Huazi Industry xanthan gum project commences production

Baotou Huazi Industry (SSE:600191) announced that its xanthan gum project has officially commenced production in October 2024 after trial operations and has met expected production standards. The project, approved in 2023, initially involved an investment of CNY 48,994,660,000, which was later increased by CNY 11,059,310,000 to a total of CNY 60,053,970,000. Huazi Industry expects this project to positively impact the company’s financial performance and further enhance its core competitiveness by enriching its existing product structure.
