Autel Intelligent adjusts 2024 dividend and share transfer plan

Autel Intelligent Technology Corp (SSE:688208) announced adjustments to its 2024 profit distribution and capital reserve transfer plan, stemming from convertible bond conversions. The company will maintain its planned cash dividend of CNY 5 per 10 shares, resulting in a total dividend payout of CNY 222,759,696.00. Similarly, the company will maintain its capital reserve transfer of 4.9 shares for every 10 shares, resulting in a total transfer of 218,304,502 shares. The adjustments accommodate the 175 shares converted from "Daotong Convertible Bonds" between March 21, 2025, and April 30, 2025, increasing the total share capital to 451,878,674 shares. The original plan was approved at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
