Taiyuan Heavy Industry to hold extraordinary shareholders meeting

Taiyuan Heavy Industry (SSE:600169) will convene its second extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025 on May 6th at its headquarters in Taiyuan to vote on the election of its tenth board of directors. Shareholders will vote to approve the nomination of Mr. Tao Jiajin and Mr. Wang Shenglin as non-independent directors. A separate vote will be held to confirm the appointment of Mr. Qu Fuzheng, Mr. Xi Wensheng, Mr. Zhao Wei, and Mr. Wang Fuming as independent directors. The meeting will address governance changes as the current board's term nears completion.
