Pientzehuang proposes $1.1bn dividend amid growth

Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharmaceutical (SSE:600436) announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of $CNY 1.1 billion, or CNY 1.82 per share, based on the company's total share capital as of the record date. The proposal, pending shareholder approval, represents 36.88% of the company's 2024 net profit attributable to shareholders. Inclusive of an interim dividend already distributed, Pientzehuang's total 2024 cash distribution reaches CNY 1.79 billion, or 60.19% of net profits.
