Huahai Pharmaceutical shareholder Zhou Minghua pledges additional shares

Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical (SSE:600521) announced that shareholder Zhou Minghua pledged 25,500,000 shares, representing 11.36% of his holdings and 1.69% of the company's total share capital, on April 23, 2025. The pledge is for a liquidity loan. Following this transaction, Zhou Minghua's cumulative pledged shares amount to 104,480,000, accounting for 46.56% of his total shares in the company and 6.93% of the company's total share capital. Huahai Pharmaceutical stated that Zhou Minghua possesses the ability to cover potential risks and is prepared to take measures such as additional collateral if needed.
