Cosco Shipping Holdings repurchases shares on SSE

COSCO SHIPPING Holdings today announced that it repurchased 4,300,000 A-shares on the SSE for a total consideration of RMB 60,947,959. The per-share repurchase price ranged from RMB 14.14 to RMB 14.21. The company disclosed that all repurchased shares would be cancelled. Since April 9, 2025, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings has been actively repurchasing its A-shares. The accumulated repurchases currently total 37,244,350 shares which are intended for cancellation. The company affirmed the buybacks comply with regulatory rules and are conducted according to a previously disclosed mandate.
