360 Security completes projects, shifts investment for AI and security

** 360 Security Technology (SSE:601360) announced the completion of its "360 New Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation R&D Center Project" and "360 Big Data Center Construction Project." Resulting from the projects' completion, the company is allocating CNY 85.97 million of surplus funds to permanently supplement its working capital, enhancing financial flexibility. Additionally, 360 Security is re-aligning internal investments within the "360 Network Space Security R&D Center Project," without altering the overall investment or capital allocation for the project, to better leverage existing resources and boost efficiency in core security research. These decisions follow shareholder approval and align with the company's strategy to enhance both its AI and digital security capabilities, solidifying its position in the industry while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
