Xinhu Zhongbao shareholder plans to reduce holdings

Xinhu Zhongbao (SSE:600208) announced that shareholder Xinhu Group plans to reduce its holdings in the company. Xinhu Group, which directly holds 568,769,620 shares, representing 6.68% of Xinhu Zhongbao's total share capital, intends to reduce its stake by no more than 110 million shares, equivalent to 1.293% of the total share capital. The reduction will be carried out through block trades between May 22, 2025, and August 21, 2025, at market prices.
