Cosco Shipping Development repurchases shares for cancellation

COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. (SSE:601866) announced that it repurchased 500,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at RMB2.28 per share on April 25, 2025, for a total consideration of RMB1,140,000, to be cancelled. The total number of issued shares by the company is 9,827,718,112, including 28,724,292 treasury shares. The company confirms that the repurchase was conducted in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
