China Animal Husbandry reports limited related-party fund usage

Pan-China Certified Public Accountants released a special audit report on China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600195), detailing the company's non-operating fund usage and related-party capital transactions for the 2024 fiscal year. The report indicates that non-operating funds occupied by China Animal Husbandry's controlling shareholder, China National Agricultural Reclamation and Development Group, amounted to CNY2.33, 5.27 and CNY26.19. The report also reveals that other related party transactions between China Animal Husbandry and other parties, amounted to CNY3,564.00 and CNY12.80. The auditors believe that the fund usage and related-party transactions have been clearly stated by management and comply with relevant regulatory guidelines.
