Yibin Paper Industry (SSE:600793) announced that Shudao Investment Group, a major shareholder, has reduced its holdings by 1,812,700 shares, representing 1.02% of the company's total share capital. This change occurred between February 21, 2025, and April 23, 2025, through centralized competitive bidding. Following the transaction, Shudao Investment Group's ownership in Yibin Paper Industry has decreased from 12.96% to 11.93%. The company clarified that this equity change will not affect its controlling shareholder or ultimate controlling person. Yibin Paper confirmed that the disposed shares have full voting rights and are not subject to any restrictions. Shudao Investment Group's registered capital is CNY 5,422,600,000.
