Xinjiang Talimu completes acquisition of Tianshan Snow

Xinjiang Talimu Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. (SSE:600359) announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% equity in Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Food Co., Ltd. for CNY 3,944.76 million. Tianshan Snow has now completed its shareholder change registration and received a new business license issued by the First Division Market Supervision Administration of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on April 23, 2025. Xinjiang Talimu has completed the first payment, accounting for 80% of the total equity transfer price. This acquisition aims to enhance Xinjiang Talimu's production capacity, business scale, and overall competitiveness.
