San'an Optoelectronics proposes CNH96.36m dividend, plans subsidiary guarantees

San'an Optoelectronics (SSE:600703) announced a plan to distribute a cash dividend of CNH 0.20 per share, totaling approximately CNH 96.36 million, based on the company's total share capital after deducting shares held in the repurchase account. The actual distribution will be based on the total share capital registered on the equity registration date. The profit distribution plan is still subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.
