China Molybdenum announces leadership changes and executive appointments

China Molybdenum (SSE:603993) has announced changes to its board and senior management team. Chairman Yuan Honglin and Vice Chairman Li Zhaochun have resigned from their positions due to personal reasons. Yuan Honglin's resignation includes his roles as chairman, non-executive director, and member of relevant board committees, effective upon the election of new directors at the shareholders' meeting. Li Zhaochun's resignation, effective immediately, includes his positions as vice chairman, executive director, member of the strategy and sustainable development committee, and chief investment officer.
