Bohai Ferry reports slight revenue and profit decline

Bohai Ferry Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:603167) announced its first-quarter results for 2025, reporting a decrease in operating revenue to CNY314.52 million, a 9.34% decline compared to the CNY346.92 million recorded in Q1 2024. Net profit attributable to shareholders also fell by 7.11% to CNY61.97 million. Excluding non-recurring gains and losses, the net loss attributable to shareholders was CNY-5.03 million, a stark contrast to the CNY6.40 million profit in the previous year. Despite the profit dip, cash flow from operating activities surged significantly, reaching CNY177.69 million, marking a 1,006.50% increase from the CNY16.06 million reported in the first quarter of 2024. Basic and diluted earnings per share both decreased to CNY0.13. The group's total assets stood at CNY4.34 billion and net assets attributable to shareholders amounted to CNY3.67 billion.
