Runda Medical shareholder modifies stock pledge

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology (SSE:603108) announced that shareholder Liu Hui modified his share pledge arrangements. Specifically, 2,000,000 shares were released from pledge, while 9,630,000 shares were subject to a repurchase of their pledge, both executed on April 22, 2025. Following these transactions, Liu Hui's total pledged shares amount to 9,630,000, representing 30.54% of his holdings and 1.60% of the company's total share capital. Including the pledged shares of Liu Hui's acting in concert party, Zhu Wenyi, the total number of pledged shares by the pair totals 20,170,000. Liu Hui intends to use the released shares for future pledge arrangements.
