Seres Group shareholder meeting approves H-share issuance, elects directors

Seres Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:601127) successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2025, where shareholders approved all agenda items including the issuance of H-shares. Resolutions passed included the "2024 Board of Directors Work Report" and "2024 Supervisory Board Work Report" and the "2024 Annual Report and its Summary" and “2024 Annual Profit Distribution Plan.” Shareholders also approved re-appointing the accounting firm and increasing the expected amount of daily related party transactions for 2025.
