Postal Savings Bank of China announces 2024 dividend

Postal Savings Bank of China (SSE:601658) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting on April 17, 2025. Shareholders of record as of April 29, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.1139 per share (before tax). The ex-dividend date is April 30, 2025, with payment scheduled for the same day. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 11,294,446,560.73 and CNY 9,032,829,139.43 attributed to A-shares. Different tax implications apply based on the type of shareholder, ranging from exemptions for those holding shares over a year to withholding taxes for individuals, funds, and non-resident enterprises. Postal Savings Bank also declared it had distributed CNY 0.1477 previously, making the entire year distribution total CNY 0.2616. China Post Group and China Mobile will be paid directly by the company.
