GD Power's Q1 electricity generation declines

GD Power Development (SSE:600795) announced that its consolidated generation volume for the first quarter of 2025 reached 100.217 billion kWh, with a net electricity volume of 94.935 billion kWh, representing year-on-year decreases of 5.67% and 5.72%, respectively. Adjusting for comparable metrics—excluding the impact of Guodian Jiantou Inner Mongolia Energy—the declines were 4.36% and 4.42%. Market-based trading accounted for 92.15% of total net electricity volume, with an average net electricity price of CNY425.41 per MWh. As of March 31, 2025, the company's controlling installed capacity was 116.3914 GW, comprising 75.629 GW of thermal power, 14.9506 GW of hydropower, 0.99118 GW of wind power, and 1.59 GW of photovoltaic power. During the first quarter, thermal power capacity increased by 1 GW, and new energy holding capacity increased by 3.6914 GW.
