China Animal Husbandry adds proposal to 2024 AGM

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600195) announced that it will add a temporary proposal to its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for May 13, 2025. The proposal, submitted by China National Husbandry Holding Co., Ltd., which holds 49.37% of the company's shares, concerns providing financing guarantees to China Animal Husbandry Muyuan (Henan) Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. This addition was approved at the company's sixth extraordinary meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors. The record date for shareholders eligible to vote at the AGM is May 6, 2025. The original AGM notice remains unchanged.
