Baosight Software: 2024 AGM approves key resolutions

Shanghai Baosight Software (SSE: 600845) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board Work Reports, the 2024 Annual Report and its Summary, the 2024 Financial Statements, and the proposed 2024 profit distribution plan. The 2025 financial budget was also approved. Shareholders also voted in favor of the company's routine related-party transactions and the renewal of its financial services agreement with its finance company. The meeting saw participation representing 59.8433% of the company's total voting shares, with A-share holders accounting for 54.7014%. The resolutions passed with overwhelming support, exceeding the required two-thirds majority.
