AVIC Capital: Final days for cash option on delisting

AVIC Industrial Finance (SSE:600705) has issued a reminder announcement regarding the ongoing cash option for shareholders related to the company's planned termination of its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Shareholders have until April 25, 2025, to declare their cash option through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system using the code 706098 ("中航现金") and selecting "Sell". The cash option exercise price is set at CNY 3.54 per share. AVIC Industrial Finance stated that this is a result of its shareholders voting for the delisting, however, the company said the potential delisting may be subject to uncertainity.
