Greenland Holdings receives regulatory corrective order

Greenland Holdings Corporation (SSE:600606) announced on April 21, 2025, that it received a decision from the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding administrative supervision measures. The regulatory action stems from the company's failure to promptly disclose cumulative litigation matters meeting disclosure thresholds between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023, as well as incomplete disclosures in its 2022 and 2023 annual reports. The Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau found these actions violated the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and the "Information Disclosure Contents and Format Guidelines for Companies Offering Securities to the Public No. 2 - Contents and Format of Annual Reports" and the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies." In addition to the company being ordered to correct the violations within 30 days, executives Zhang Yuliang, Zhang Yun, and Wang Xiaodong will also receive warning letters for their roles in the disclosure failures. Greenland Holdings stated it will implement corrective measures and improve disclosure practices. The company affirmed that its normal operations are unaffected.
