COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. announced daily repurchases of its A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On April 18, 2025, the company repurchased 1,000,000 shares at a price of RMB 2.26 per share, totaling RMB 2,260,000. Followed by another repurchase of 1,000,000 shares on April 21, 2025, also at RMB 2.26 per share, amounting to RMB 2,260,000. Combined, the total repurchased shares reached 2,000,000 for a total cost of RMB 4,520,000. These repurchased shares will be cancelled. The company's total number of issued shares stands at 9,827,718,112.
