Chengtun Mining announces CNY 0.10 per share dividend

Chengtun Mining Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600711) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the annual general meeting on April 14, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.10 (inclusive of tax) per share to A-share shareholders. The record date for equity registration is April 25, 2025, and the ex-right (ex-dividend) and cash dividend distribution date is April 28, 2025. The total dividend payout will be CNY 309,061,155.10, based on a total share capital of 3,090,611,551 shares. The dividend will be distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDCC). Different tax treatments will apply to different types of shareholders.
