Yili announces director Chao Lu's resignation due to job change

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600887) announced today that Director Chao Lu has submitted a written resignation from his position on the board and as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, effective immediately. The resignation is attributed to a change in Chao Lu's work. Following his resignation, Chao Lu will no longer hold any positions within the company. The company acknowledged Chao Lu’s diligent service during his tenure and expressed gratitude for his contributions. Yili stated that it will promptly initiate procedures to fill the vacant board position in accordance with relevant regulations.
