TBEA proposes cash dividend, invests in new energy project

** TBEA (SSE:600089) announced a proposed cash dividend and its plans to invest in a new energy project. The board proposes a cash dividend of CNY2.50 per 10 shares, totaling CNY1,255,062,183.50, representing 30.35% of the company's 2024 net profit attributable to shareholders. TBEA also announced that its subsidiary, 盱眙鑫特 Energy Development Co., will invest in a new 300 MW photovoltaic plant in Tianquan Lake, China. Total investment for this project is CNY 1,488,145,100 (USD 20,944.58). The new project will have an estimated annual output of 397,691,300 kWh.
