** Kingfa Sci & Tech (SSE:600143) has proposed a cash dividend of CNY 0.10 per share for 2024, reflecting a strategic balance between shareholder returns and future growth investment. This decision comes as the company reported a 26.23% year-over-year increase in revenue, reaching CNY 605.14 billion. However, net profit showed a more complex picture, increasing by 160.36% to CNY 8.25 billion, but also including a substantial CNY 539.88 million impairment charge related to goodwill and other asset writedowns.
