Hoshine Silicon's controlling shareholder conducts share pledge and release

Hoshine Silicon Industry (SSE:603260) announced that its controlling shareholder, Hoshine Group, has pledged 9,100,000 shares and released 5,500,000 shares. Following these transactions, Hoshine Group directly holds 546,647,073 shares, representing 46.24% of Hoshine Silicon's total share capital. Hoshine Group's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 260,190,100, accounting for 47.60% of its holdings and 22.01% of the company's total share capital. Including concerted parties, the total pledged shares of Hoshine Group is 451,918,200 or 48.64% of total shares. The pledged shares serve as collateral for working capital. Hoshine Silicon assures that the risks are controllable, and measures will be taken to address potential risks.
