Juneyao Airlines' controlling shareholder partially releases, renews share pledge

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced that its controlling shareholder, Junyao Group, has released 2.7 million shares from pledge and pledged an additional 2.65 million shares. These transactions have resulted in Junyao Group having a total of 81.275 million Juneyao Airlines shares pledged, representing 79.61% of its holdings and 36.96% of the airline's total share capital. The pledge is to secure a CNY 430.85 million credit line extended to Junyao Group for its debt obligations, with the pledge period extending to April 16, 2026. Junyao Group possesses adequate financial resources and risk management capabilities to meet its repayment obligations.
