Cosco Shipping Specialized Carriers increases registered capital

COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers (SSE:600428) announced an increase in its registered capital following the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its private placement of A shares. The company issued 597,269,624 A shares to specific targets, increasing the total share capital to 2,743,920,395 shares. Consequently, the registered capital has also been increased to CNY 2,743,920,395. The company has amended its Articles of Association accordingly, with changes effective immediately. The board approved these changes on April 19, 2025.
