Sanan Optoelectronics: Shareholder pledges, releases shares

Sanan Optoelectronics (SSE:600703) announced that its controlling shareholder, Sanan Electronics, has partially released and newly pledged shares. On April 17, 2025, Sanan Electronics released 29,900,000 shares previously pledged to Fujian Strait Bank, representing 2.46% of its holdings and 0.60% of the company's total share capital. Simultaneously, Sanan Electronics re-pledged the same amount to the same institution for production and operation purposes, maturing April 15, 2026.
