Hualing Xingma shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

At its 2024 Annual General Meeting, Hualing Xingma Automobile Group (SSE:600375) secured shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions. The meeting, held on April 17, 2025, saw participation from shareholders representing 431,341,758 shares, or 26.9072% of the company's total voting shares. Key resolutions passed include the approval of the 2024 Board of Directors' report, the 2024 Supervisory Board's report, the independent directors' 2024 performance reports, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved the 2024 annual report, the renewal of Zhejiang Tianping Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor for 2025, and the provision for asset impairment and credit impairment losses for 2024. Additionally, shareholders approved the write-off of certain receivables, the application for comprehensive credit line from banks and financial leasing institutions for the company and its subsidiaries in 2025, and the adjustment of the daily related transaction amount for 2025.
