Cosco Shipping Development appoints new deputy general manager

COSCO SHIPPING Development announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Mingming as Deputy General Manager in a board meeting held on April 17, 2025. The decision was unanimously approved by the board. Prior to this appointment, the Nomination Committee reviewed and approved this appointment. Mr. Zhang has held various positions within COSCO SHIPPING, including Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Finance Department at China Shipping (Hong Kong) Holdings, General Manager of the Finance Department at COSCO SHIPPING Financial Holdings, and Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department at COSCO SHIPPING Development. He also served as General Manager and Party Committee Member of Haifa Baocheng Financial Leasing. Zhang Mingming graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a bachelor's degree in economics, majoring in accounting. He is a senior accountant. As of the announcement, Mr. Zhang does not own any shares in the company.
