AVIC Shenyang adjusts share issuance plan, affiliate no longer participating

AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corporation (SSE:600760) announced adjustments to its 2023 plan to issue A shares to specific objects. The key change involves AVIC Aviation Industry Corporation Limited no longer participating as an intended subscriber. This decision, formalized in a termination agreement, will modify the original private placement structure. While AVIC Aviation will no longer be participating, company's actual controller, China Aviation Industry Group, will continue to subscribe for stock for CNY 100 million in support of the company's project development.
