Zhongjin Gold shareholder meeting approves board, bylaw changes

Zhongjin Gold (SSE:600489) held its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on April 16, 2025, where key resolutions were passed, including the election of the new board of directors and changes to the company's articles of association.
