Youngor Group completes shareholding increase plan

Youngor Fashion Co., Ltd. (SSE:600177) announced that its controlling shareholder, Youngor Group, and its concerted parties have completed their planned shareholding increase as of April 16, 2025. The entities collectively increased their holdings by 92,468,772 shares, representing 2.00% of the company's total share capital, for a total consideration of CNY 737,313,800 (including transaction costs). Post-increase, Youngor Group directly holds 1,798,681,413 shares, accounting for 38.90% of Youngor Fashion's total share capital. In total, Youngor Group and its concerted parties hold 1,972,724,688 shares, representing 42.67% of Youngor Fashion's total share capital. The share purchase was funded through a CNY 700,000,000 bank loan and proprietary funds, consistent with regulatory guidance.
