Huaibei Mining to seek shareholder approval for key proposals

Huaibei Mining Holdings Co., Ltd. (SSE:600985) has released the agenda for its upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 29, 2025. Key proposals include the review of the 2024 Annual Report and financial statements, alongside a proposed profit distribution plan of CNY 0.75 per share, totaling CNY 2,019,944,031.75. Shareholders will also consider a three-year shareholder return plan (2025-2027) and the re-election of external auditors, with a shift from Rongcheng to Zhidao accounting firms proposed. The meeting will also address daily related-party transaction forecasts and the renewal of framework agreements, as well as requests for comprehensive credit lines from financial institutions.
