Hainan Mining completes Bougouni lithium mine rights transfer

Hainan Mining Co., Ltd. (SSE:601969) announced that the mining rights transfer for the Bougouni Lithium Mine Project have been completed, with the certificate now registered under Le Mines de Lithium de Bougouni SA (LMLB). This follows the Memorandum of Understanding signed in November 2024 between Hainan Mining's subsidiaries, Kodal Mining UK (KMUK) and Future Minerals Sarl (FM), and LMLB with the Malian government. The initial mining rights certificate is valid for 10 years, from 2025 to 2034, and can be extended upon expiration. Hainan Mining will continue to advance government equity participation in LMLB and project production. The company urges investors to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence.
