COSCO SHIPPING Development (SSE:601866) announced that it repurchased 3,000,000 of its A-shares on April 17, 2025, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The shares were bought back at a maximum price of RMB2.26 per share with the transaction amounting to RMB6,780,000. The company confirms the buyback complied with exchange regulations and no significant changes have been made to previously disclosed information. The company intends to cancel the purchased shares and the total number of issued shares is 9,827,718,112.
