Cinda Real Estate director Mu Hongbo resigns due to age

Cinda Real Estate Co., Ltd. (SSE:600657) announced that it has received a written resignation from Director Mu Hongbo, effective immediately. Mr. Mu is stepping down from his positions as Director and Deputy General Manager due to age. He will also no longer serve on the company's Strategy Committee. Cinda Real Estate assures investors that Mr. Mu's resignation will not reduce the board below the legally required minimum, and the company will promptly fill the vacancy. Mr. Mu will continue in his current roles until a replacement is found. Cinda Real Estate's board expressed gratitude for Mr. Mu's contributions during his tenure.
