Anhui Conch Cement to revise articles of association

Anhui Conch Cement (SSE:600585) announced plans to amend its Articles of Association, following a resolution passed by its board of directors and prompted by revisions to regulatory guidelines. Key changes include the elimination of the supervisory board and the addition of an employee director, in accordance with updated regulations. Several articles will be changed, including the renaming and re-numbering of some committees, removal of sections on the Supervisory Board, and adjustment to the responsibilities of various board members.
