Xiamen ITG Group's shareholder increases stake

Xiamen ITG Group Corp (SSE:600755) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen ITG Holding Group, has increased its stake in the company to 38.66% through a series of transactions on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Between November 1, 2024, and April 16, 2025, ITG Holding Group acquired 41,088,100 shares, representing 1.90% of the company's total issued shares, for a total consideration of CNY 26,459.53. The initial plan, announced on October 31, 2024, involves ITG Holding increasing its holdings by between CNY 202,640,000 and CNY 405,280,000.
